Metro Parks' Centennial Art Center Gallery presents a juried, group exhibit by twenty-nine members of the Cumberland Valley Chapter of the Tennessee Association of Craft Artists. The selected fine craft artists and their respective crafts/mediums are: Tim Arnold, shaker boxes; Laura M. Artates, fiber art; Paula Bowers-Hotvedt, hand-woven wearables; Martha Christian, hand-woven tapestries; John Coburn, clay; Lynn Driver, sculptural mosaics; Leslie Fawcett, beaded jewelry; Peggy Hays, clay; Linda Head, clay; Bill Heim, clay; Judy Heim, clay; Scott Hodes, blown glass; Erin Johnson, mixed media wall sculpture; Nancy Kula, collages and hand-pulled prints; Lynne Leeson, hand-pulled prints; Asia Mathis, clay; Linda McLaughlin,jewelry; Ron Olson, metal sculpture; Brenda Pace, clay; Grey Pace, clay; Angie Parl, stained glass; Bets Ramsey, fiber arts; Donna Rizzo, clay; Anne Rob, jewelry; Wanda Shotwell, weaving, spinning and chair caning; Brenda Stein, turned wood; Michael Summers, wood furniture; Alison Touster-Reed, clay sculpture and Lee Ann Walker, fabric wall hangings. After completing its Centennial Art Center July engagement, the exhibit will travel to the Renaissance Center in Dickson, TN. Founded in 1965, the larger Tennessee Association of Craft Artists (TACA) is an independent, non-profit organization established to promote, develop and encourage crafts and craftspeople in Tennessee.

Opening reception in honor of the twenty-nine exhibiting CV-TACA members on Friday, July 11, 5:00pm-7:00pm.
