Combining their talent, love for music and philanthropy, The Readings hope to create awareness in finding a cure for multiple myeloma. Their personal loss not only inspired them to follow their dreams, but also fueled their ambition and passion to create T4C. “One of Those Days,” a song penned by the duo in honor of their mother, later went on to be adopted by the American Cancer Society as well as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for promotional purposes, both locally and nationally.

The Readings, passionate performers, define their sound as “real life set to music.” The Nashville residents have performed with Amy Grant, Billy Currington, Jimmy Wayne and Jennifer Hanson. They have completed two full-length albums and written hundreds of original songs, several of which have been recorded by other artists. The Readings’ video, “She Brings Me Down,” was selected by Country Music Television ® (CMT) as one of the nation’s best independent videos.
