Add Review/CommentPlease join The Center for Nonprofit Management on May 20 at the Vanderbilt Student Life Center for our nonprofit conference to help your organization “Build Without a New Set of Blocks.” Join Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, former Lt. Governor of Maryland, Paula Van Ness, CEO of the Starlight Starbright Foundation in Los Angeles, and a distinguish panel of experts leading nine separate sessions.
All sessions will focus on nonprofit excellence in a time of scarce resources. Open to nonprofit CEOs, board members, development directors, marketing directors and senior staff, the conference offers you four key benefits: Gain insight from recognized leaders to build stronger nonprofits while using existing resources; understand how to make your brand more visible and financially viable in the community; embrace and develop the power of your staff, including the new generation of nonprofit leaders; and maximize partnerships among nonprofits, funders, and the community.
As nonprofits continue to adapt to changes in the community, it is important to consider the building blocks of their own organizations: time, people, brand, funders, volunteers, and partnerships. One of the biggest challenges nonprofits face is to make your agency a success using the blocks that already exist. The conference is being hosted by sponsor Vanderbilt University, with financial sponsorship from Pinnacle Financial Partners.
